Hi, Close to five years ago I left big corporate life for a job with a startup company (Not sure if it was still considered a startup when I joined, since it had been around for six years when I started) to specialize in an area of IT that I couldn't get at my former employer. I was employee six and now there around 20 employees working there. I mostly work remote as company is based in another state. Frankly, I am kind of burnt out by the startup and MSP life. For some reason, it has made me want to go back to my old corporate life. I've been looking at old pictures and documents from my time there and catching up with old co-workers on LinkedIn. I worked with some good people, made some friends and still talk to them. I know there are drawbacks of corporate life because I left some of those behind, but has anyone went from startup (back) to corporate life? Any regrets? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References: www.city-data.com/forum/work-employment/2892218-back-corporate-life.htmlInbound Marketing ExamplesThanks

With real-time project statuses in project management software, you can check in without having to ask directly. Or better yet, you can ask them to update the software and then you’ll have your answer. This limits redundant communication because everyone knows what’s going on. You’ll also identify key issues earlier, reduce team meetings and free up valuable time.
